This Privacy Policy sets out how we use and protect any information you provide when you enter a team in any of our organised events on behalf of our clients.

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. When we ask you to provide certain information required by an event you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. This policy is effective from Monday 21st May 2018.

What we may collect
Your name
Contact information including email address
Other information relevant to the event such as golf handicap, any other players' names and handicaps, any special dietary requirements

What we do with the information
We require this information to understand your needs with regards to any food provided, as a means of contacting you to impart further information regarding an event, and handicap details in order to process your scorecard.

Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures in order to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

Controlling your personal information
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties. You may request details of any information we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1988. We will only hold the information you provide us with for up to a maximum of 12 months following an event.
